1. 30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day window to return unwanted items.
To return an item:

Download and print our Returns Form (PDF)

Fill it in and include it with the item(s) you're sending back

2. Refunds
We inspect all returns before issuing a refund. Items must be in as-new, resalable condition.
Refund conditions:

Packaging must be intact and accessories included.

No signs of use, wear, or damage.

Refunds may be reduced or declined if these conditions aren’t met.
Missing or late refund?

Check your bank or card statement.

Contact your card provider or bank (processing can take a few days).

3. Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Please do so as early as possible by:

If your order has already been dispatched:

We won’t be able to stop delivery

You’ll need to follow our Returns Policy

We can provide prepaid return postage—just get in touch to arrange this
Once we’ve processed your cancellation, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Download and complete our Returns Form (PDF)

Include the form with your return
We’ll inspect the item and:

Repair it, or
-
Send a replacement or suitable alternative
Terms:

Return shipping is covered for items purchased within the last 3 months

Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear & tear are not covered

Processing time for repairs/exchanges: up to 10 working days

5. Delivery Issues (Missing / Wrong Items)
If your order is incomplete or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Help us resolve it quickly:

Provide your order reference number

Tell us the item name and quantity that is missing or incorrect
We’ll investigate with our warehouse and resolve the issue within 5 working days. If necessary, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
