Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £10 to UK mainland addresses. For orders below this threshold, a small delivery charge applies. All delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch Times

We take great pride in getting orders out quickly. The vast majority of orders placed on working days are dispatched the same day or the next working day.

Spring and early summer are our busiest months. During this period, dispatch may occasionally take one extra working day. If your order is time-sensitive, please call us on 0333 335 6295 before ordering and we'll advise on availability.

Delivery timescales begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed they represent the typical transit time with our couriers and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, extreme weather or other factors outside our control.

We use a combination of couriers depending on the size and weight of your order typically we use Royal Mail tracked services for all of our orders.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly with the courier.

Order confirmation
Immediately after placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of what you've ordered. Keep this safe you'll need the order number if you contact us.

Dispatch notification
When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a second email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. This is usually sent the same day as dispatch.

Track your parcel
Click the tracking link in your dispatch email to see the real-time status of your delivery. Most couriers also provide SMS or email notifications on the day of delivery with an estimated time window.

Delivery
If you're not available when the courier calls, they will typically leave a calling card and either attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot or collection point. Follow the instructions on the card to arrange collection or redelivery.
Can't find your tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder dispatch emails occasionally get filtered. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@gardenwatering.co.uk or call 0333 335 6295 with your order number and we'll resend it.

Delivery Coverage & Restrictions

We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only. Additional charges may apply to certain postcode areas including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Delivery to the following remote postcode areas may attract a surcharge and/or extended delivery timescales. If a surcharge applies to your postcode, this will be shown clearly at checkout before payment:

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom. If you are based overseas and wish to purchase products, please contact us to discuss options.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.

Delivery Problems

We work hard to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, here's what to do:

Always inspect your delivery promptly
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and report any damage or shortage within 14 days. We may be unable to assist with claims reported after this period as we'll be unable to raise a claim with our courier.
