Orders & Formation of Contract
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the price and on the terms displayed. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and creates a legally binding contract. A receipt or acknowledgement email sent prior to this does not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before dispatch for example, if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full within 5 working days.
Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order after it has been placed:
- •We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the correct price.
- •You will have the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- •We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrectly listed price.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely and encrypted we do not store your full card details.
Promotional discounts, voucher codes and sale prices are valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £10 to UK mainland addresses. Delivery charges for orders below this threshold, and for non-mainland UK destinations, are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery timescales are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. We will not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once we receive payment in full.
- •If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated timescale, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier.
- •If a delivery is attempted and you are not available, our courier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period may be returned to us in which case we will contact you to arrange redelivery (which may incur an additional charge).
- •Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by you.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy for unwanted items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Your right to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty goods is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and is not limited by our returns policy. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a remedy regardless of when they were purchased (subject to the limitations set out in that Act).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account after we process them.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid by you for the goods in that order.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or goods, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption except where such losses arise from our fraud or wilful misconduct.
- •We make no warranty that the website will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, though we take all reasonable steps to ensure this.
- •Product descriptions, images and specifications on the website are provided in good faith but may be subject to change. Minor variations in colour or finish from images shown are not grounds for return.
- •We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, extreme weather, industrial action or acts of government.

As an online retailer, we are required to inform you that the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, though we are not obliged to use it.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights to bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland) the courts of those jurisdictions.
