Shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy and process all refunds quickly and fairly. Here's everything you need to know.

30-Day Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

No-quibble returns
You don't need to give a reason to return an item within 30 days. Simply follow the steps below and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive the goods back.

Contact us first
Email returns@gardenwatering.co.uk or call 0333 335 6295 to let us know you'd like to return an item. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Download and complete the Returns Form
Print the Returns Form, fill in your details and the reason for return, and include it inside the parcel.

Pack and send your item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, instructions and components. Send the parcel to our returns address below we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We inspect and process your return
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Refunds

All returns are inspected before a refund is issued. Items must be in as-new, resalable condition unused, undamaged and with all original packaging and accessories present. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund not arrived?
First check your bank or card statement refunds can take 3–5 working days to appear after we process them. If you've waited more than 5 working days and still nothing, contact your card provider. Still no luck? Email us at refund@gardenwatering.co.uk and we'll investigate.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Please act as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched the same or next working day, so contacting us early gives the best chance of stopping the shipment before it leaves our warehouse.

Contact us immediately
Call us on 0333 335 6295 or email help@gardenwatering.co.uk with your order number. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can intercept the order before dispatch.

If your order has already been dispatched
Unfortunately we cannot recall a parcel once it has left our warehouse. You will need to accept delivery and then follow our standard returns process. We can provide a prepaid returns label in this situation just ask when you contact us.

Refund issued
Once your cancellation is confirmed or your returned order received we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged on arrival or develops a fault through normal use, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll make it right either through repair, replacement or refund.

Take photos before returning
If an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging before doing anything else. This helps us resolve your case quickly and raise a claim with our carrier if appropriate.

Contact us to report the fault
Email returns@gardenwatering.co.uk or call 0333 335 6295 with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos if possible. We'll advise on the best next step.

Download and complete the Returns Form
Include the completed Returns Form with your parcel so we can identify and process your return quickly.

We arrange return postage
For faulty items purchased within the last 3 months, we cover the cost of return postage. Contact us and we'll arrange a prepaid returns label for you.

We repair, replace or refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll repair it, send a replacement, or issue a full refund whichever is most appropriate. Processing takes up to 10 working days.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Having the right information ready will help us resolve things as quickly as possible.

The name and quantity of the missing or incorrect item Helps our warehouse team identify and locate the correct stock
A photo of what you received (if incorrect item) Speeds up processing and helps us identify any packing errors

We'll investigate with our warehouse team and aim to resolve the issue within 5 working days. If necessary, we'll dispatch a replacement item or issue a refund for the missing goods.

Check all packaging before contacting us
Smaller items and accessories are sometimes packed inside larger items or tucked into the corners of boxes. Please check all packaging thoroughly before reporting a missing item it saves time for both of us.

Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
