DESCRIPTION
What it is
The Claber 90355 is 25m of 1/2" drip line with drippers built into the tube every 33cm. It waters vegetable rows, borders and hedges slowly, right at the roots.
How it works
Connect it to your tap, timer or main tube and lay it along your rows, borders or hedge, close to the plants. Each built-in dripper gives about 2 litres an hour. Claber rates it for 0.5–2 bar, so fit a pressure reducer if your tap pressure is higher. Close the far end with a 1/2" end stopper.
Why it works well
- There are no separate drippers to fit.
- Watering at soil level loses far less to evaporation and run-off than a sprinkler.
- You can lay it on the surface or hide it under mulch or bark.

Excellent product
I thought I had submitted a report about this but, yes, it is good and doing the job I bought it for, taking water from three or four large water butts to irrigate a polytunnel system of two ground lines feeding two rows of tomato plants. Just what I need.
Decided whilst my lawn was being levelled that I would pop a few sprinkles around the edge of the lawn spraying in. Now i just need the hose pipe ban to finish before I can start to use them.
