DESCRIPTION
What it is
The Claber Impact Tripod 8709 is a pulsating impact sprinkler on a steady aluminium tripod. It waters any sector from 0° to 360°, or turns continuously, covering up to 491m².
How it works
Set the tripod on the lawn and click your hose onto the Quick-Click connection at the base. Set the two stops to the arc you want, or release them for full-circle rotation. Use the diffuser screw to even out the water close in, and turn the tap on.
Why it works well
- Impact sprinklers throw water a long way, so one covers a big lawn.
- The tripod lifts the spray over taller plants.
- The diffuser screw gives even coverage near the sprinkler too.

Excellent product
I thought I had submitted a report about this but, yes, it is good and doing the job I bought it for, taking water from three or four large water butts to irrigate a polytunnel system of two ground lines feeding two rows of tomato plants. Just what I need.
Decided whilst my lawn was being levelled that I would pop a few sprinkles around the edge of the lawn spraying in. Now i just need the hose pipe ban to finish before I can start to use them.
Perfect for use when i am away in Spain, perfect for my large indoor plants.
