DESCRIPTION
What it is
The Claber Aqua-Magic 8063 is a drip watering kit for up to 20 pots that needs no tap and no mains power. A solar-charged timer with a built-in pump draws water from a tank or water butt and feeds it to each pot.
How it works
Fix the timer-pump to the wall or to the Aqua-Magic tank, drop the suction filter into your water, and run the feed tube to your pots, with a dripper at each one. Use the two dials to choose how often to water (every 1 to 7 days) and how much (40ml to 200ml per dripper).
Why it works well
- It's ideal for balconies, allotments and greenhouses with no tap.
- The solar panel keeps the batteries charged.
- Rainwater from a water butt is better for plants than tap water.
Specification
- Plants up to 20.
- Programmes 54 combinations from two dials frequency every 1 to 7 days, and 40ml to 200ml per dripper.
- Manual watering 100ml per dripper, without losing your programme.
- Power solar panel charging 2 x AA 1.2V NiMH rechargeable batteries (1800mAh, not included).
- Tube 20m of 1/4" (4–6mm) feed tube.
- In the box solar timer-pump, anti-siphon valve, 1/4" suction filter, wall bracket with screws and plugs, 20 self-regulating drippers, 20m feed tube, 20 x 1/4" stakes, 5 x 1/4" 3-way couplings and 6 hole plugs.

Wide range of items at fair prices – some site wanted £14 for end stops. This is FAR more reasonable.
Efficient and reasonably priced. A useful change from the usual six-hole type for certain kinds of watering.
Excellent product
I thought I had submitted a report about this but, yes, it is good and doing the job I bought it for, taking water from three or four large water butts to irrigate a polytunnel system of two ground lines feeding two rows of tomato plants. Just what I need.
Decided whilst my lawn was being levelled that I would pop a few sprinkles around the edge of the lawn spraying in. Now i just need the hose pipe ban to finish before I can start to use them.
Perfect for use when i am away in Spain, perfect for my large indoor plants.
This is a great kit, got it delivered quickly and up and running over the weekend just before we go on holiday. Great Kit.
