DESCRIPTION
Take a second run off your 13mm supply pipe, for example down the other side of a border or into a greenhouse. All three ends are clamped with compression nuts, so the branch stays sealed even where the pipe gets tugged or walked on.
Specifications
- Type: equal tee, 13mm on all three ends.
- Pipe: 1/2" supply pipe, 13mm inside and 16mm outside diameter. Fits Hozelock, Claber, Gardena and Rain Bird 13mm pipe.
- Anti-leak: a compression nut clamps the pipe onto the barb, so the joint can't blow off or weep. No tools, and no hot water needed.
- Material: polypropylene.
- Size: 101 x 65mm, 31g.
Fitting
Cut the pipe where you want the branch. Unscrew the nut and slide it over the end of the pipe. Push the pipe fully onto the barb, then screw the nut down hand-tight. Don't use a spanner, as it can crack the nut. To take it apart, unscrew the nut and pull the pipe off. You can mix anti-leak tees with your existing push-fit fittings.

Excellent product
I thought I had submitted a report about this but, yes, it is good and doing the job I bought it for, taking water from three or four large water butts to irrigate a polytunnel system of two ground lines feeding two rows of tomato plants. Just what I need.
