DESCRIPTION
What it is
The Claber 8802 starter set has everything you need to set up a 1/2" garden hose, apart from the hose itself. It includes a tap connector, two hose connectors and an adjustable jet spray nozzle, all in Claber's click-together system.
How it works
Screw the tap connector onto your outside tap. It fits a 3/4" tap, and the reducer supplied adapts it to a 1/2" tap. Fit the standard hose connector to the tap end of your hose and the Aquastop connector to the other end, then click the nozzle on. Twist the nozzle's adjustment cap to go from a fine spray to a strong jet.
Why it works well
- The Aquastop connector shuts off the water when you unclip the nozzle, so you can change accessories without going back to the tap.
- Claber tests its connectors to 1.5 million clicks.
- Everything is in one pack, so there's nothing to match up.

- Tap connector for a 3/4" (20–27mm) tap, with a 1/2" (15–21mm) reducer.
- 1/2" hose connector.
- 1/2" hose connector with Aquastop.
- Jet spray nozzle with adjustment cap.

- A 1/2" hose, such as the Tricoflex 25m or 50m.

Excellent product
I thought I had submitted a report about this but, yes, it is good and doing the job I bought it for, taking water from three or four large water butts to irrigate a polytunnel system of two ground lines feeding two rows of tomato plants. Just what I need.
Decided whilst my lawn was being levelled that I would pop a few sprinkles around the edge of the lawn spraying in. Now i just need the hose pipe ban to finish before I can start to use them.
