DESCRIPTION
A barbed tee for 4mm micro tube. Use it to split one micro tube into two, so you can reach more pots, baskets or drippers from a single take-off on your supply pipe.
Specifications
- Type: equal tee, three 4mm barbs.
- Connection: barbed push-fit.
- Fits: Hozelock, Claber and Rain Bird 4mm micro tube.
- Material: UV-stabilised, for long life outdoors.
- For: low-pressure micro irrigation.
- Packs: 10, 20 or 50.
Fitting
Cut the micro tube square, then push each end firmly over a barb until it reaches the shoulder. If the tube is stiff, dip the end in warm water for a few seconds to soften it first.
Use it with
- 4/6mm micro supply tube.
- Antelco 4mm elbow and 4mm joiner.
- Anti-leak 4mm tee, if you'd rather have a locking connection.

I thought I had submitted a report about this but, yes, it is good and doing the job I bought it for, taking water from three or four large water butts to irrigate a polytunnel system of two ground lines feeding two rows of tomato plants. Just what I need.
